Burning Bush

Chop the beef very fine. Divide the cream cheese into 32 cubes, then roll each cube into a ball. Toss each ball into the chopped dried beef and roll around until entirely coated with beef. Spear each ball with a toothpick. Arrange the picks into a grapefruit or apple.
