Chicken fritters

bullet4 cold cooked chicken 
bulletjuice of 1 lemon salt and pepper 
bullet2 c. milk
bullet2 eggs, well beaten 
bulletflour
 

Cut chicken into small pieces.  season with lemon juice,  salt and pepper. Refrigerate and let set for 1 hour.  Combine remaining ingredients with just enough flour to make a soft batter. Stir chicken into batter, then drop by spoon into deep fat (365 degrees F). Fry to a golden brown on both sides.
